This site is run by 3D Prep LLC, doing business as By Any Means San Jose, of 1051 W San Fernando St, San Jose, CA 95126. On this page, "we" and "us" mean that business, and "you" means the person using the site or the parent or legal guardian enrolling an athlete.
Every athlete we train is a minor, so a parent or legal guardian is always the person we contract with. If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian use this site with you.
Questions about this page, or a request about your information, go to a person, not a form:
Membership runs on a separate Enrollment Agreement covering price, billing, renewal, cancellation, freezing and refunds. You are given it in full to read during enrollment, before anything is signed or charged, and it is the document that governs. Want it beforehand? Email elijah@byanymeanssanjose.com.
3D Prep LLC, doing business as By Any Means San Jose sends text messages only to people who opt in. Our website forms have one consent box, unticked until you tick it, that covers our Privacy Policy and Terms and these two kinds of texts:
Giving us a phone number on its own is not agreeing to texts. You can reply STOP at any time, and we will reach you by email or phone instead.
The same goes for email. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Messages we have to send you about your own membership, such as a receipt or a notice that a payment failed, are not marketing and will keep coming while you are a member.
What we do with your number and address is set out in the Privacy Policy.
We may update this page. The version on the site is the current one. If you are a member, changes to your membership terms are handled the way your signed agreement says, not by us quietly editing a web page.
This site and these terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
